I think it is implied in "Find ultimate pleasure and enjoyment in everything you do", because poor people (or rather those who think of themselves as poor) don't.
I thought the implicit message in the ad was, that you've got to choose --- either get rich or get everything else, for such pills surely ought to cost a fortune.
